WHERE ARE YOUR ITEMS MADE?

All of our items are printed, packed, and shipped locally in Montreal, Canada.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I GET?

You can see the chart of size here. Please take note that all our tshirt are unisex, they run a little larger than normal woman's sizes.

WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL FOR MY ORDER?

All items are handmade to order, wich means that we don't keep an inventory of all our design available. It typpicaly takes 1-2 weeks to process your order. Shipping times is subject to variation based on your location. Genarally, items shipped to Canada and the US take 5-7 business days to arrive.

IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER BY (INSERT DATE HERE)?

Prior to placing your order, kindly send an email to store@shoplittleblossom.com if you require your order to be delivered by a specific date, to confirm if arrangements can be made. Rush shipping is currently unavailable, so we advise you to make appropriate plans.

CUSTOMS & FEES FOR INTERNATIONAL PACKAGE

International orders are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees. These funds are not paid to LITTLE BLOSSOM nor are they set by LITTLE BLOSSOM rather they are paid to and set by your home country's government as per import/export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier. Funds are due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations.

We do not refund for lost packages. Please consider adding insurance to your package.

We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.

We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed or undeliverable packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customers responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier.

Packages are marked with the value of the item as paid by the customer in legal accordance with international postal regulations.

We do not mark packages as a gift.

To falsify the amounts paid or the contents of the package on customs forms could lead to hefty fines that our tiny little business would not be able to handle.  Thanks in advance for your understanding.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email. If you do not receive the notification within a reasonable time frame, please send us a message via our contact us page.

WHAT STEPS SHOULD I TAKE IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST DURING DELIVERY?

LOST ITEMS

Please note that we are not responsible for any lost items.

We recognize that occasionally, packages may go missing during transit.

In the event that your package was marked as delivered by the mail carrier, but you have not received it, please ensure that you have entered the correct address in your initial order. If an error was made, your order may be en route back to us, and we will reship it to your correct address!

If your address and details are accurate, please contact your local post office for further assistance.

STOLEN ITEMS

Please note that we are not responsible for any stolen items.

In case your package was stolen, kindly submit a mail theft claim with Post Canada and file a complaint with your local police station.

FAILED DELIVERY

Should your order be returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery, we will initiate a new processing for your order. It's important to note that if the order was returned as a result of an error made by the customer, we cannot assume responsibility for the second shipping fee.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

While it is the buyer's duty to ensure that the accurate shipping address is given when placing an order, it is also our responsibility to ship to the address that has been provided to us. It is important to ensure that the shipping address is correct while placing the order.

In case you realize that the address provided is incorrect before we fulfill your order, kindly notify us immediately, and we will make every effort to rectify the error. It is important to understand that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to modify your order, so we urge you to email us as soon as possible after you notice the error in the address provided.

I NEED TO CHANGE MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Our fulfillment process is automated; therefore, it is crucial to inform us right away if any changes need to be made. Please note that there is only a limited 2-hour window to modify orders before production and fulfillment commence.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

To cancel an order, kindly notify us within two hours of placing the order. Although we will try our best to cancel any orders after this timeframe, once production begins, we will no longer be able to cancel the order.

I WANT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER

Since we print all of our items on demand, we do not maintain an inventory; therefore, we cannot offer returns. Please make sure that the size and design are the correct.
